Basic Massage for Friends, Family & Couples - presented by new member "The Redwood Healing Arts Education Collective"
Saturday, February 13th 9a - Town Hall
This class is open to the public and is not for credit. A day of learning basic massage techniques for back, feet, head, neck, hands and arms for the community! Designed for friends, family and couples to learn some basic techniques to share for pain and tension relief, relaxation, and connection through touch. All participants will be screened prior to enrollment & requirements for giving and receiving touch including contraindications, feedback format, and ethical touch practices will be discussed. Participants who attend without a partner will be paired with another participant. We will have a break for lunch and class may finish early.
